Shipping Information

Shipping is $20 for items under 1 lb. Heavier items may incur additional shipping costs, which will be assigned. We use USPS 2-3 day priority mail. We ship on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Make sure your order is paid for the day before you want it shipped even though we strive to get it out the same day. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and account for holidays and weekends. Your package is insured until it’s marked as delivered. Once delivered, we are no longer responsible.

 

Payment Instructions

Once you’ve paid, send a photo of your payment to confirm your order. No orders will be processed until payment is received.

 

Order Modifications and Stock

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar item unless you specify “NO SUBSTITUTIONS” in your order. If you choose no substitutions and the item is out of stock, we will hold your order and contact you. This may cause a delay. For larger items like a pound, we will contact you before making any substitutions. This will get better as we get used to the new inventory system.  The website will contain how many are left of an item so as not to have replacements.

 

Order Form Accuracy

Ensure that your address is correct. We do not insure packages if you provide the wrong address, including missing apartment numbers or incorrect names. If your package is marked “returned to sender,” it does not come back to us. If the mistake is on our end, we will fix it.

 

If There’s an Issue with Your Pack

If you receive your pack and something is wrong, send photos of the entire package. Include the box, the contents, and all labels and amounts clearly visible. Without these photos, we won’t be able to assist you. We keep notes and track pack assembly to resolve any issues that are our fault. However, we will not be taken advantage of by fraudulent claims.

 

Additional Notes

No Sunday Shipping. The post office is closed on Sundays. Orders placed late Saturday will ship the next available day. Please be patient after placing your order—there’s no need to send follow-ups like “?” or “bump.” Ensure your message timer allows us the 24-48 hours required to process your order. 

 

At GreenMeds, we prioritize the secure and timely shipment of your order. Once your package is shipped and a tracking number is provided, it is fully under the control of the delivery service (e.g., USPS). GreenMeds has no control over the package once it leaves our facility. Any questions about the status, location, or delivery time of your package must be directed to the carrier using the tracking information provided.

 

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, GreenMeds is no longer responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. Any disputes regarding delivery must be resolved directly with the carrier.

 

GreenMeds has no liability for errors caused by the customer, including but not limited to providing an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing apartment number, wrong zip code), using a name not associated with the delivery address, or failing to update shipping details before the order is shipped. If such errors result in a failed delivery, return, or loss of the package, GreenMeds is not responsible, and the customer assumes full responsibility for the mistake.

 

If GreenMeds makes an error, such as failing to include an address detail provided by the customer, we will take full responsibility and either reship the package or issue a refund.

 

Once the package is shipped, GreenMeds cannot guarantee or influence the delivery timeline. Contact the carrier with your tracking number for any questions or concerns about where or when your package will arrive. By placing an order with GreenMeds, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Digestive factors matter too—eating edibles on an empty stomach may intensify effects, while consuming them with or after a meal can delay or reduce perceived potency. What This Means for You

Some individuals may find a single serving of an edible to be overwhelmingly strong, while others may feel little to no effects. Both experiences are normal and depend on factors outside of our control.

Recommendations for Best Results

Start with a low dose and wait at least 90 minutes before consuming more. If you are new to cannabis or edibles, start with a smaller dose and gradually increase only as needed. If you experience consistent sensitivity or insensitivity, consult a healthcare professional to better understand how your body processes THC.
